Booked an appointment for this morning to purchase school uniform. What an amazing experience! We had a dedicated assistant, who talked us through all the items and my daughter got to try on what she needed. The assistant was respectful and courteous. The shop wasn't overcrowded and the set up was extremely well organised. Just what you need for stressful times like these! Well done!

Brilliant store. Our usual school clothes shop was Hewitts of Croydon but after school changed shops we where given details of school Inc. Shop. What a pleasant experience after shopping at Hewitts. Friendly staff that actually enjoyed what they are doing, shop clean and well organised. No wait time at all and everything available to purchase and take home on the spot. Absolutely brilliant 👏 👏 👏

So i was buying my 4 year olds first school uniform, and the lady in shop showed me all the things I'll be needing, she was very helpful and polite. Even told me about the iron on school name stickers for him.

I've always found it an easy experience shopping with Schoolwear Inc. whether I've bought from the shop, or collected from my children's school. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I recently had reason to return a couple of items (nothing to do with the actual items; everything to do with my children's sensory needs) and customer service was so accommodating. Especially in these current strange times, this type of kind and understanding interaction, simply on a human level, is priceless. Thank you all.
