Plenty of staff, all of whom were friendly and helpful. Had everything we needed. I've had to use Claddish for my son's uniform. This was a far more pleasant experience.

Brilliant store. Our usual school clothes shop was Hewitts of Croydon but after school changed shops we where given details of school Inc. Shop. What a pleasant experience after shopping at Hewitts. Friendly staff that actually enjoyed what they are doing, shop clean and well organised. No wait time at all and everything available to purchase and take home on the spot. Absolutely brilliant 👏 👏 👏

Had a very positive experience when we went shopping for a first uniform for high school. My daughter was able to try the clothes on and the staff were attentive, friendly and the store was clean and appeared well stocked with sizes. We did later have to exchange one of the items for a different size but their were no issues at all and emails sent were answered promptly. Yes, once you add the price up, it is expensive but the uniform is of good quality and well made and I would rather pay a bit extra for something that I'm confident will last than have it cheaper and have to replace items within a term. Thank you. My daughter left the store with a a very big smile on her face!.

Booked an appointment for this morning to purchase school uniform. What an amazing experience! We had a dedicated assistant, who talked us through all the items and my daughter got to try on what she needed. The assistant was respectful and courteous. The shop wasn't overcrowded and the set up was extremely well organised. Just what you need for stressful times like these! Well done!

I've always found it an easy experience shopping with Schoolwear Inc. whether I've bought from the shop, or collected from my children's school. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I recently had reason to return a couple of items (nothing to do with the actual items; everything to do with my children's sensory needs) and customer service was so accommodating. Especially in these current strange times, this type of kind and understanding interaction, simply on a human level, is priceless. Thank you all.
