Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights if you are contracting as a consumer. The information, service and school uniform displayed for sale on this Website are intended for use by residents of the UK only, and are not aimed at or intended for use by residents of any other jurisdiction.

A contract between the customer and Schoolwear Inc. Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT, so you will be shown VAT inclusive prices before you make payment (please note that young children’s clothing and footwear generally has a zero rate of VAT).

The prices indicated on the Schoolwear Inc. Ltd website are shown in Pound Sterling and include all taxes but do not include delivery. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.

In the event a school uniform product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will notify you of the correct price and we will give you the choice of either purchasing the school uniform product at the correct price or cancelling your school uniform order. If you confirm you want the product at the corrected price we will deliver the product to you. If payment has been charged for the purchase and you cancel your order we will, on return of the Goods, issue a refund. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from our payment service provider are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering.
